Heather is founder and CEO of Neuro-Insight in the UK. Her background is in marketing and comms, originally with Rowntree Macintosh (now Nestlé), where she marketed brands like Yorkie and KitKat, before moving to a retail subsidiary where she became Rowntree’s youngest and first female marketing director. She subsequently worked as marketing director for one of the first satellite television stations in the UK. Moving into consultancy, she worked first for Price Waterhouse and then Oxford Strategic Marketing, where she ran marketing and strategy projects for multi-national companies. At Neuro-Insight her role is to deliver insight about brain response to communication in order to maximize its effectiveness within and across different media.
